This is Zipp's innovative all-road handlebar, the Service Course SL 70 XPLR. The bar's moniker, XPLR, exemplifies the desire to explore the world with an expanded definition of cycling on a drop bar bicycle—from paved roads onto gravel, mud, dirt, and even single track. The Service Course SL 70 XPLR helps you go faster by placing your body, starting with your hands, in an optimal "comfort zone" position for hours of rough riding over mixed terrain. On today's road bikes, silver stands out amid the sea of stealthy black color schemes. This time-honored handlebar color is available on the Zipp Service Course 70 XPLR, our newest drop-bar offering. The bar's moniker, XPLR, exemplifies the desire to explore the world with an expanded definition of cycling on a drop bar bicycle — from paved roads to gravel, mud, dirt, and even singletrack. Add the Cruise Control Top and Drop Grips and our Really Long Bar Tape to get to next-level comfort and performance.
For the rider that wants to go everywhere, the Kitchen Sink Handlebar is the bar that has everything. With widths from 44 cm up to 50 cm, it's clear we believe in wide. But the added stability and control of a wider bar should not come at the cost of comfort. So we've thrown everything into this handlebar:
- 20mm RISE means less pressure on the hands and a broad range of fit options.
- 7° SWEEP means the bar is positioned where your hands want to be, whether you're on the flats, the hoods or the drops.
- 25° FLARE on a compact drop means a stable, aerodynamic drop position that is actually comfortable enough to use.
- Optional endurance loop adds an alternative aerodynamic riding position and a perfect spot for gear storage and mounting accessories.

Named after its 80mm reach to bring the hoods and control levers back where you want them. The ergonomic 125mm drop places the angled drop position where you can easily reach it while maintaining a neutral wrist angle. The SL-80's rounded bar top is clip-on compatible. Forged from lightweight 7075 aluminum.

For all the off-road drop bar fans, Velo Orange offers the Far Bar, an affordable off-road drop bar. With off-road drop bars, most riders have the bars set up at the same height as they would have flat bars set to. Most of the time you are riding, your hands are on the hoods of the brake levers. Then, for steep descents, put your butt back behind the saddle and use the drops to get a better grip on the brake levers. You can run brifters or standard road brake levers on them and use bar end shifters as well.
The Daija Cycleworks crest appears on each side of the 31.8 mm clamp area.
These bars are a little different then road bars in terms of measuring the width. The listed width - 44cm or 48 cm - is measured center of the drops to centre of the hoods. The overall width is 585mm for the 44cm size, 625mm for the 48cm size.

The randonneur-inspired Ritchey Beacon has a super-wide 36° drop flare with offers comfort and stability and plenty of space for handlebar packs. The ergonomic evolution of Ritchey handlebars continues with the ground-breaking WCS Beacon. The most notable feature is its super-wide 36° drop flare. Aside from the unmatched ergonomic comfort and stability afforded by this wide flare, it also allows for plenty of space for handlebar packs.
When riding in the drops, the Beacon doubles down on comfort with a very shallow 80mm drop and a shorter-than-usual reach. The Evo-style top section offers broad support for your hands, and it has a gentle backward sweep for a more natural hand position when riding the tops.
The unconventional aesthetic of the WCS Beacon belies its comfort and practicality. Taking inspiration from the randonneur world, the Beacon allows an easy transition of the hands around the bar without upsetting bike handling when loaded with gear. The gentle change of hand position allows the body to stretch and move while keeping the bike stable.
Ideal for adventure touring and bikepacking on asphalt or gravel trails—or even for urban riding—the unique WCS Beacon brings a whole new level of comfort and control.

Having banked several decades of riding at least 10,000 miles per year, and still doing so, Tom has logged lots of hands-on (excuse the pun) time pondering handlebar design. And the new WCS Skyline bar is the latest result of Tom’s never-ending quest to bring the best product designs to demanding riders everywhere so that they may enjoy every pedal stroke as much as he does.
Made from triple-butted 7050-T6 alloy and featuring ergonomic tops and an anatomical bend shape, the new WCS Skyline is designed for amazing road riding experiences but also shines along cyclocross courses and anywhere else you would want a comfortable and confident drop bar.
Bolstering the multiple hand positions offered by the tops and anatomical bend is the shorter reach and more shallow drop of the Skyline. But the key to the sublime ergonomics of the Skyline is its progressive reach and drop depending on the width of the bar - offering true ergonomic consistency across all sizes. This combination makes the WCS Skyline the most ergonomic Ritchey road bar on offer.

Nearly fifty years ago, Tom Ritchey, his mentor Jobst Brandt and a group of like-minded friends would spend countless adventurous hours riding the remote trails, broken tarmac and rough gravel roads that twist through the mountains in and around the Butano State Park in northern California. Tom still rides these trails and roads today, and this topography and the pioneering rides that took place there are the inspiration for the Butano handlebar.
This unique bar has proven highly sought after by legions of gravel lovers and road riders since it was introduced a few years ago. It's wide drop flare offers adventurous riders an increased level of control and confidence compared to more traditional drop bars, while its shallow drop and short reach offer a welcome amount of comfort for endless days in the rough stuff.
Updated for 2021, the new Butano capitalizes on its original comfort by adding new features such as the ability for internal cable routing and a welcoming ergo-aero top section for increased hand support. The drop flare on the new Butano has also gone wider, measuring a liberal 18° for additional comfort and control.
The new Butano handlebar was born from Tom's legendary riding adventures in those remote California mountains, and delivers the features you need for your own unending exploration and ceaseless journeys.

When Tom Ritchey steps outside his door and clips into his bike, he seldom has a plan for that day's ride. He might head right to the trails close to his house for an afternoon of ripping singletrack, or he might be gone for several hours on a brisk road ride. There's also a good chance he'll spend a lot of time on the gravel roads that link his favorite trails to long stretches of tarmac.
In order to take full advantage of this diverse mix of riding surfaces, it's important to have the tools that are up for the job. That's the idea behind the Ritchey WCS Carbon ErgoMax handlebar.
As with the popular original ErgoMax, the new WCS Carbon version of this adaptable handblebar is designed to enhance control and comfort when riding along any riding surface thrown at it. The new WCS Carbon ErgoMax is an ideal bar for riding along loose and dirty surfaces since it places the hands in a wider, more stable position while in the drops. Yet, it's just as perfectly situated on road bikes for endurance rides along smooth, clean tarmac - its ergonomics deliver unparalleled comfort.
The 15mm rise at the clamping area offers a slightly more upright riding position, while a 5° backsweep and ergo aero tops reduce arm and hand fatigue. The 12° drop flare keeps the rider’s hands in a comfortable and confident position while also adding a bit more unobstructed stability when turning or for those out-of-the-saddle efforts. And, of course, the carbon fiber construction of the new ErgoMax helps mute road (and gravel) vibration, offers internal cable routing, and keeps the weight low.
$36.95
Riding trails since the 1970s and having his name emblazoned on the first production mountain bikes, it’s safe to say that Tom Ritchey knows a thing or two about designing mountain bike components that meet the demands of MTB riders everywhere.

With an 800mm width and 15mm rise, the Comp Trail Rizer 35 handlebar features a 9° backsweep and a 4° upsweep – a sweet spot of measurements for a natural, comfortable, and confident hand position. This burly bar is made from double-butted 6061-T6 alloy and is perfectly suited to slice through the thrashing you’re sure to throw at it.
